Overview
Agility is not just for IT teams: marketing, HR, finance and product teams adopt it to become more responsive. Through simulations and serious games, you experience an agile project from the inside and learn to put the right roles, ceremonies and tools in place.

Teaching method
Serious games, sprint simulations and team workshops. Groups of up to 10 participants, in a virtual classroom or at your premises, with a practitioner trainer. For 30 days after the course, you can email your questions to the trainer.
