Our trainers are practitioners who use the tools and methods they teach every day. Each programme is detailed day by day, alternates short input with exercises on cases close to your reality, and ends with an assessment and an Onarcle certificate of completion.
Groups are small so that everyone practises. Course materials are provided as downloads, so they can be used even when the connection is unreliable, and exercises can be repeated after the course.
Writing an activity report, a briefing note or a project proposal faster, summarising long documents, preparing meeting minutes: generative AI saves teams a great deal of time, provided it is used methodically and sensitive data is protected.

Our Excel advanced (pivot tables, Power Query), Power BI and SQL courses teach teams to make data reliable and build clear dashboards that update in a few clicks.
For technical profiles, Python fundamentals opens the way to automation and more advanced data analysis.
Funded projects, public programmes, transformation projects in banks and companies: project management is central to activity in the Central African Republic. We offer project management fundamentals, agile (Scrum), planning with MS Project and Planner, and risk management based on the COSO ERM framework, which is in high demand among financial institutions and public bodies.
Exercises are based on real projects brought by participants: schedule, budget, monitoring dashboard, risk map.
In the Central African Republic, Facebook and WhatsApp are the main channels to reach people, whether to sell, recruit or raise awareness of an organisation's work. Our courses cover digital marketing strategy, social media and online advertising, visibility on Google, and visual design with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

In preparation for young graduates and career changers: short programmes in a classroom in Bangui, in the evenings and on Saturdays, leading to roles sought by employers in the country, such as monitoring and evaluation assistant, administrative and logistics assistant, office skills or web development. Each participant receives an Onarcle certificate of completion after an assessment. It is not a state diploma or a vendor certification.
