Personal data

Onarcle only collects the data its services require: account creation (name, email, country, optional phone number, preferred language) and contact form (profile, name, email, optional phone number and organisation, message). This data is used to manage your account, answer your requests and improve the platform. It is never sold.

Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Data is hosted in the European Union.

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or request the deletion of your data by writing to contact@onarcle.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

A technical cookie keeps you signed in, and another remembers the language you chose. Only with your consent, Google Analytics measures site traffic statistically. No advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
