1. Day 1

   Scoping the project

   • –Stakeholder analysis

2. Day 2

   Planning

   • –Work breakdown structure (WBS)
   • –Schedule, dependencies and critical path
   • –Estimating effort and budget
   • –Risk register

3. Day 3

   Steering and closing

   • –Dashboards and progress indicators
   • –Meetings, reporting and change management
   • –Leadership and team motivation
   • –Review and lessons learned

Each participant applies the method to their own project. Groups of up to 10 participants, in a virtual classroom or at your premises, with a practitioner trainer. For 30 days after the course, you can email your questions to the trainer.
