Overview

A good tool does not replace method, but it saves a great deal of time. You learn to model a real project in MS Project (tasks, dependencies, resources, costs), track variances against the baseline, then share the work with your team in Planner and Teams.

Teaching method

Running case: full planning of a realistic project. Groups of up to 10 participants, in a virtual classroom or at your premises, with a practitioner trainer. For 30 days after the course, you can email your questions to the trainer.
